I deeply believe that every person has the capacity to change and to create a life that is closer to what they truly desire. Within the therapeutic relationship, we cultivate a safe and supportive space where one can freely express themselves, recognise their needs, and develop new ways of being and relating.
As an integrative psychotherapist, I draw on elements from different therapeutic approaches so that the process is tailored to each individual and to their own pace. My aim is to accompany them with empathy and respect, helping them to understand their inner processes, strengthen their self-confidence, and build a more stable and authentic relationship with themselves and with others.
I am here to walk alongside you on this journey towards greater understanding, balance, and personal growth.
