A simple exercise- food for thought.

A simple test for couples:
Look at each others eyes.
Stay focused for few minutes. Relax. Check out your thoughts, your feelings. Do you feel good? Does your relationship bring out the best of you? Do you become a better person next to your partner? Do your actions lately correspond to these thoughts and emotions?
Look again. Think. Feel. Focus.
